Jane trained to be a professional musician at Dartington College of Arts in Devon before reading law at University College London, graduating in 1985. She qualified as a solicitor in 1989 at a specialist family law firm in central London, since which time she has practised family law exclusively, in central, West London and at a boutique practice in the Thames Valley.
Jane has over 30 years’ experience practising family law, and deals with all aspects of divorce and the breakdown of relationships between cohabiting couples and civil partners.
Her particular area of expertise lies in dealing with the financial issues which arise on the breakdown of relationships between married and unmarried couples, from mid to high net worth, often involving trusts, overseas assets and companies.
Jane also has extensive experience in dealing with the issues which often arise in relation to the arrangements for the children of separated couples.
Jane routinely drafts and advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
Jane lives in West London. Her interests include music, film and travel.
