The Law Commission, an Independent body created by Parliament to review and recommend reform of the law in England and Wales on 27th February 2014 published a long awaited report. Evaluating matrimonial property and pre-nuptial agreements.
The report discusses whether the law should permit pre-nuptial agreements to be binding in the UK.
Making recommendations regarding vital aspects of English law in relation to financial aspects of divorce and the termination of civil partnerships, the report has already made waves within the industry.
